PVC Sch. 40 threaded tailpiece adapter, 1-1/2 in. x 2 in. Sch. 40 PVC adapter, Screws required to secure the adapter. DESCRIPTION: The Freestanding Bathtub Drain Rough-In Kit allows for pre-plumbing of the D-W-V system before connecting the bath drain to the p-trap. This eliminates the need for access panels below the fixture. Simply create a hole in the floor according to the Freestanding tub drain body's specifications, and connect the drainage pipe to the D-W-V system. Drop-in or Undermount: The bathtub can be installed without requiring access from below, making installation easy. It allows for the freestanding tub to be placed over a finished floor with a center drain location for optimal drainage. The tight connection and compression resistance hide the drain pipe, creating a beautiful, clean, and hygienic appearance. COMPATIBLE WITH: This kit is suitable for freestanding bathtubs and works with all standard bathtubs. The tub's tailpiece is secured in place with push-fit rings to create a water-tight seal.
